I trained at Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School and qualified in 1990. After that I spent 3 years working as a doctor in Paediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Medicine and Accident and Emergency at Westminster Children’s, Charing Cross, Westminster and Chelsea and Westminster Hospitals. I then spent a year as a GP registrar in West London and qualified as a GP in 1994.I was lucky enough to live for just over 1 year in Colorado where my husband was undertaking some research. My daughter Imogen was born there. I then worked in several practices in West London as a locum and from 1997 as a ¾ time principal in Acton. 1999 brought another baby, Edmund and a move to Cambridgeshire in 2000 when my husband was appointed at Addenbrookes and Papworth. I was lucky enough to find the Spinney and here I will remain ! |
